Rammstein are telling the fans to climb the fence and fill up the middle section of the arena, which was relatively empty at this point during the concert. The left and right sections of the floor area were too crammed and this was causing problems. Till and co. are speaking Russian at this point and are saying something along the lines of “Rammstein will not accept this. Go to the middle. We will not continue playing. We will wait for you.“.
