Womens Deadlifts Workout in the Gym for Great Butt and Legs

Barbell deadlifts are one of the best exercises women can do in the gym to get nice hamstrings (back of Legs), butt, and improves posute. Start with a light weight like 20-30lbs and focus on good form then move up in weight. In this video female Fitness Model Chelsey Novak does 45lbs bar for about 20 reps.
