Opel Motorsport Worldwide | Best of Azores Rallye | FIA ERC Junior 2018

The first race of the European Junior Rallye Championships 2018, the Azores Airlines Rallye in São Miguel, left Opel feeling both highs and lows. In terms of highs, the 18-year old driver Mārtiņš Sesks enjoyed his first-ever podium finish in Opel’s ADAM R2, leaving him and co-driver Renārs Francis in a strong position looking forward to the second stage of the competition. Unfortunately, Tom Kristensson and co-driver Henrik Appelskog were less lucky, their ADAM crashing out of the race in a tight left corner.
