How to do air flair to push up | aer gymnastics is a teaching tutorial video. This is aerobic gymnastics skill. The difference you don’t have to get into handstand phase to accomplish the turn into push up. After completing the flair add a half turn and add reversed kick into opposite side of momentum to continue into air phase to finish into push up.
