️3 dead, 35 injured in Lugansk ATACMS strike The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that seven people were rescued from the rubble as a residential building entrance collapsed in the strike, with three children among the injured. The attack was carried out by five ATACMS missiles supplied to Kiev by the West, the Ministry of Defense reports.
