How I Grew My Back (Do These Exercises)

In this video I share how I grew my back and got stronger with this style of training. I show how someone can build up the strength to start doing these exercises and how to grow there back. My back days consist of deadlifts, pull-ups, rows and scapular pull-ups. and through consistently doing these exercises I’ve gotten a wide back and can do things like the slow muscle-up.
