How To Tell A Female Covert Narcissist and Borderline

I would so greatly appreciate it. 💜 It’s my intention that everyone who watches gets at least one important take-away. 🙏 The criteria for BPD according to the DSM include at least 5 of the following 9 criteria: 1. frantic efforts to avoid abandonment or rejection, 2. unstable interpersonal relationships; 3. identity disturbance; 4. impulsivity; 5. suicidal or self-harming behaviour,; 6. emotional dysregulation; 7. chronic feelings of emptiness; 8. intense anger/difficulty controlling anger,; and paranoia or dissociation. If you have fantasies about harming yourself or have other suicidal thoughts, get help right away by taking one of these actions: Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
