FLASHOVER !! FDNY Thanksgiving Day 4th Alarm FIRE in Williamsburg Brooklyn.

~4th Alarm~ Date: Thanksgiving night 2021 Location: Devoe Street, Brooklyn. On Thanksgiving night, while units in Canarise Brooklyn were rescuing trapped civilians from a house fire, 911 calls began to pour in reporting another fire in a different part of Brooklyn. Residents in Williamsburg were relaying to dispatchers that at least one if not two houses were on fire on Devoe Street. Engine 229 arrived on scene fist and transmitted a 10-75 code confirming a working fire. Heavy fire was blowing out the rear and extending to roof upon arrival. Units quickly stretched lines into the building to get to work when one of the lengths of hose burst causing water pressure loss. By this time the fire had extended into the buildings cockloft and ultimately began to vent out the front three windows. There was extension into the exposure 4 building as well. 4 Alarms were transmitted by Chief’s on scene due to the heavy volume of fire and the extension.
