I Grew This CAESAR SALAD from my Rooftop Garden! | EVERYDAY EATS

If I’m going to eat a Caesar Salad, it needs to have substance. How about you? I’m excited to be partnering with Fiskars to share my garden-to-table recipe for an amped-up caesar salad: I’ve been on my gardening journey for the past 2 years and thanks to the right tools with Fiskars, I finally have a harvest that I could be really proud of. :) Caesar Salad Recipe: Dressing - ¼ cup of greek yogurt ¼ cup of mayo juice from half a lemon 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp anchovy paste 1 garlic clove, finely minced, 1 tsp Worcester sauce ¼ cup of parmesan cheese. Toss this dressing with romaine lettuce, and layer on cherry tomatoes, radishes, arugula, shaved parmesan, and your protein of choice. Can’t forget about avocados either. Enjoy!
