Professional chef Yuji Haraguchi and home cook Joe are swapping ingredients and hitting the kitchen to make sushi rolls. We set Joe up with $279 worth of supplies - everything he’d need for his attempt at Yuji’s somewhat intimidating recipe. Meanwhile, a modest $19 worth of ingredients was sent back the other way to be elevated into something gourmet by our esteemed pro.
