Tracks 1 & 2 from his eighth album “Diamond Dogs” released in 1974 copyright RCA Records. The album was inspired by George Orwell’s “1984”, and was Bowie’s vision of a post-apocalyptic world. It was raw and bleak, and inspired the punk rock movement which would follow. The album reached No. 1 in Canada & the UK and No. 5 in the U.S. and achieved Gold status that same year.
