Metro Exodus Benchmark - DXVK vs VKD3D vs Windows 10

The benchmark is run with the Ultra preset with some modification. Tesselation and Hairworks are both turned off because of VKD3D. Tesselation caused major performance drops and graphical glitches when using VKD3D. Hairworks crashed the bench when using VKD3D.
