It took seven years of searching and patience to get a copy and I’m very happy to share it. I also suggest picking up the book. The new printings are of poor quality so get the original printings, the ones with the blue cover. You can find a cheap copy on Ebay with some patience. You can also find a pdf online with a little searching.
