British warship HMS Diamond destroys Houthi attack drones with her Sea Viper missile system
HMS Diamond had to “once again” shoot down a Houthi attack drone illegally targeting the ship, the British Ministry of Defence said.
In a statement released on Sunday, the MoD said: “Yesterday HMS Diamond successfully repelled a drone attack from the Iranian-backed Houthis in the Red Sea. Deploying her Sea Viper missile system, Diamond destroyed a drone targeting her.”
