BREAKING: Hamas chief in West Bank assassinated in Jenin strike, Israel says | LiveNOW from FOX
Israel said Friday it had eliminated the head of the Hamas terror group in Jenin, located in the West Bank where Israel began its counterterrorism operation, earlier in the week.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said video showed the assassination of Wassem Hazem who was inside of a vehicle struck by the Israeli military.
Hazem was involved in carrying out and directing shooting and bombing attacks, as well as other terrorist activities in several parts of the West Bank.
