Waiters ... In A Hurry! (1932)

Full title reads: “Germany. Waiters ... in a hurry! Tall ones - short ones - thin ones - fat ones - compete for Cologne’s Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe Championships.“ Cologne, Germany. Competitors in the waiters’ race collect trays. C/U waiter holding his tray - not sure what he has on it. C/U of whatever is on the tray - it looks like a piece of meat. Many of the waiters wear sashes advertising their workplaces. Crowds of people look on. Group of waiters wearing jackets and bow-ties stand with trays of drinks. Waiters balancing trays of drinks walk very quickly along a road - they are racing each other. High angle shots of the large crowds who have come to watch. Low angle shot of the waiters as they pass by with their trays. (A large Nazi flag with swastika flies from a building in the background.)
