Indian Plane Crashes In Afghanistan? Aviation Ministry Clarifies Over Badakshan Mishap

A plane enroute from India to Moscow has crashed in Afghanistan’s mountainous Badakshan province. The Indian aviation ministry called the plane crash unfortunate and clarified that it was neither an Indian Scheduled Aircraft nor a Non Scheduled (NSOP)/Charter aircraft. It said that it was a Moroccan registered small aircraft. However as per Russian news agency Sputnik, the Falcon 10 aircraft registered in the State Register of Civil Aircraft of Russia stopped communicating and disappeared from radar screens. According to preliminary data, there were 6 people on board - four crew members and two passengers. The incident reportedly took place last night.
