Four Spherical UFOs Sighted Over A Suburb Of Santiago, Chile. May 16, 2023

This was sighted over Quinta Normal, a suburb in Santiago, Chile. I the footage we can see four separate spheres or obrs, but are they? Because the way they move in unison and not breaking formation make me think that this is the visible part of a much larger object or a craft having a cloaking malfunction.
