War Thunder Sturmtiger gameplay, realistic battles. Finally after many years of waiting we have Sturmtiger in War Thunder. My most waited tank in the game, derp of all derps is here! Sturmtiger was a World War II German assault gun built on the Tiger I chassis and armed with a 380mm rocket-propelled mortar. The official German designation was Sturmmörserwagen 606/4 mit 38 cm RW 61. Its primary task was to provide heavy fire support for infantry units fighting in urban areas. In War Thunder Sturmtiger rocket has 135TNT that can be reloaded in 40s max. Tiger1 hull with 150mm sloped armor at the front. But with all that armor 380mm gun barrel is the biggest weakspot with only 10mm of armor. Every hit at it will “ammorack“ you. Sturmtiger is hard to use, but fun play with.
