In this video, I will show you step by step How to make a Modern Bushcraft Knife,. I will make the knife from the truck spring. This is the first time I will make a DIY Bushcraft knife . And also this is my first experience in making a knife completely out of metal, including the handle of the knife. First of all, I will transfer the dimensions of the workpiece to paper and draw the outlines of the future knife on paper . I will transfer it to the steel blank using spray paint. I don’t know the grade of steel . Then, with a grinder, I will cut out the contour of the knife. To smooth out any irregularities, I use a belt sander. I use a wet stone grinder to sharpen my knife.
