Kerry says Russian bombing hurting Syria peace talks

US Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday warned that Russia’s aerial bombardment of Syrian opposition targets could derail efforts to re-start talks to end the country’s brutal civil war. Kerry called on Russia to make “joint efforts“ to ensure an immediate ceasefire and full humanitarian access.
