Assault bike / Dumbbell and Burpee Workout | Nice little burner

Assault bike, Dumbbell snatches and burpee box jump what more could you . This workout isn’t quite a sprint but you’re holding an uncomfortable heart rate throughout. I was trying to keep my heart rate down for the calorie bike and the snatches. I’m comfortable on the bike and the 60lb dumbbell snatches are ok for that many reps. However, the burpee box jumps jack your heart rate up. Workout details can be found below.
