Why The UK Criminal Justice System is Broken (UK Prison Documentary 2018)

In this documentary I talk about how broken the criminal justice system is, due to the fact that 58% of short-term offenders doing sentences of less than 12 months re offend within 1 year. I also discuss how easy it is to get a conviction as people with mental health issues, drug addictions, homeless and other issues are being criminalised for simply asking for help.
