Ingredients:
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 150g Sugar ( 3/4 Cup)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 65g Cocoa powder ( 1Cup 2 Tbsp )
- 150g Cooking oil ( 1 cup)
- 85g all purpose flour ( 1/2 Cup 2 Tbsp)
White Cream:
- 250 ml milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Add 2 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Sauce Preparation:
- 200 ml milk
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 60g of dark chocolate
Instructions:
Cake preparation:
1. In a bowl, put 3 eggs
2. Add 150g Sugar ( 3/4 Cup)
3. Mix with a mixer until it becomes frothy
4. Add a pinch of salt 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
5. Mix well
6. in a bowl, put 65g Cocoa powder ( 1Cup 2 Tbsp ) 150g Cooking oil ( 1 cup)
7. Mix well
8. Add the cocoa powder oil mixture to the cake mixture
9. Mix well
10. Add 85g all purpose flour ( 1/2 Cup 2 Tbsp)
11. Mix well
12. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C-338 F for 30 minutes
13. Mix 50 cl Milk 1Tbsp cocoa powder
14. once the cake is out of the oven, sprinkle it with the milk cocoa powder mixture
White Cream Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, pour 250 ml milk
2. Add 1/2 Cup Sugar
3. Add 2 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
4. 2 Tbsp Flour 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
5. Mix well
6. Cook over medium-low heat until the cream is thick
7. Pour the white cream over the cake
8. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Chocolate Sauce Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, pour 200 ml milk
2. Add 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
3. Add 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
4. Cook over medium-low heat until the cream is thick
5. turn off the heat and add 60g of dark chocolate
6. Pour the chocolate sauce over the cake
7. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 20 minutes
8. I decorated with chocolate vermicelli
