Putin-loyal mayor reported a “mass attack,“ following the heaviest Kyiv strikes by Putin’s drones in 22 months. Moscow witnessed 11 drone shootdowns overnight, with nine more in the morning. A residential building in Tula was hit, causing an explosion, and three individuals received medical assistance, prompting evacuations. The incident occurred a day after Ukraine downed 71 out of 75 Iranian-made Shahed UAVs over Kyiv.
