Cryo-Fried Steak vs Flamethrower Steak! Best Sous Vide Sear - Series E6

Continuing with our searing series today we have Cryo Steak vs Cryo Flaming vs FLAMETHOWER steak! As you know there are other channels that says cryo frying is the best way to sear your sous vide steak. Once that statement was made, I had to give it a go. I want to let you guys know how it tastes and if is amazing as they said. Cryo frying is basically taking your sous vide cooked steak. Putting it in liquid nitrogen for 30 secs. Than frying it at 450F for 30 secs. Basically giving you perfect crust for your sous vide steak. I decided to also do cryo flaming on this video just to see how it would stack up. HOW TO COOK CRYO FRIED STEAK SOUS VIDE I cooked it for 2hrs @ (129°F / 53.8°C) Then dunked in liquid nitrogen for 30sec after deep fried with canola oil for 30sec. at 450F * You support is very appreciated and to me the most important thing about making videos is the communication with you guys, please comment below.
