Moving in to my 20m2 Studio Apartment in Central Paris (17th Arrondissement) | Any Layout Ideas??

I found an affordable studio apartment to rent in central Paris, and it’s time to move in to my 20m2 apartment in the 17th Arrondissement! Please let me know in the comments what you think of the ideas #1 and #2 soon or if you have another even better idea of how to arrange this studio! :) I’ve been living in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine the last 3 months, and although it’s been a nice experience exploring somewhere new in the banlieu (suburbs), I’m so ready to be back in the city center and surrounded by Parisian culture 24/7. I have a couple ideas of what to do with this unfurnished space, and have mapped out some ideas with furniture I already have in storage from Limoges....
