Dream - Kinan Azmeh

The first track of Kinan Azmeh’s score for Sari Dalena’s and Keith Sicat’s film “Rigodon“, a film about outsiders, people on the periphery -- exiles. Azmeh’s expressive music comes across as a combination of contemporary classical and ambient music, without however falling into conventional clichés. ’Rigodon’ is reminiscent at times of Philip Glass’s film scores and compositions for the Azmeh, with his utterly distinctive sound, is one of Syria’s rising stars, now fast gaining international recognition.
