The Wellerman (Sea Shanty)【covered by Anna】 [female ver.]

Hello everyone! This week I sang The Wellerman (the sea shanty) by The Longest Johns and like 800 other people! Ask and you shall receive. I know I say this all the time but I think I really mean it when I say this is the hardest I’ve worked on a cover ever. Every noise and BG vocal was made completely from scratch, either by the BG vocalists, me, my brother or Jeysun (and his uncle). I did not know true fear until I was pouring water from glass to glass in front of my microphone and laptop. The BG vocals alone played such a huge part in this cover and I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who said yes to my pleading! I’m so sad that I didn’t get to use all the adlibs and alternate speaking parts everyone recorded because they had me in complete stitches. The cover would be nothing without your drunken singing, so truly, thank you! And finally, a huge, massive thank you to Jeysun for going absolutely above and beyond with this instrumental. I am so over the moon with how everything turned out and I’m so sorry that you broke your mug while recording the foley (also that you bit into an onion not only once, but twice but I refuse to take any blame or involvement in that choice).
