Israeli forces start withdrawal from Jenin after two-day operation – BBC News

Israeli forces have started withdrawing from Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, a defence source said, ending a major two-day operation in which 12 Palestinians have been killed. Gunfire and explosions continued to be heard across Jenin as the news emerged. Health officials said one Palestinian man was shot dead, while an air strike reportedly injured three others. Palestinian militant groups said a car-ramming and stabbing attack in Israel was a response to the raid. Please subscribe here: #BBCNews
