Master Drivers (1967)

We see several cars starting off from the Great Western Royal Hotel in Paddington for a series of Master Driver Tests. Commentator explains The Master Drivers’ Club has been formed by the British Safety Council as a contribution to road safety by encouraging higher driving techniques. Several drivers are seen taking their turns to skid around a wet and muddy track at Ealing Skid Pan. A man holds a Master Driver badge against the front of a car - this one has obviously passed!
