Dollar Tree Pumpkin Wreath Tutorial using 21“ poly burlap/Pumpkin wreath/Easy pumpkin wreath

Used a roll of 21“ orange poly burlap between two Dollar Tree pumpkin frames. I spray painted the bottom frame off white, and the top frame orange. Added ribbon strips, copper tubing and bow.
