China Top Automatic Clay Brick Equipment for Rotary Tunnel Kiln Full Automatic Smooth Running Plant
This plant is located in Vietnam. The whole clay brick equipment are from our Chinese top factory. This brick factory daily capacity is 300,000 pcs clay bricks. The firing technology is internal combustion. The raw materials of making green bricks are clay and coal gangue. The fuel to fire the bricks is coal.
This clay bricl plant adopts our top seller product 75 series two stages vacuum extruder. The green bricks are cutter by servo column cutter and billet cutter. Then the green bricks are transfered, grouped and gaped so that the robot could grab them onto circular billet conveyor belt. The circular billet conveyor will transfer the green bricks to the brick stack platform, which is a movable table with three automatic robots. One of the robots grab the green bricks from circular belt to platform. Other two robots stack the green bricks onto the ground of rotary kiln.
The firing kiln adopts width rotary tunnel kiln.
The whole brick factory is full automatic, high capacity and with low production cost.
