Dixon House Band Crusader on HQ Vinyl with Lyrics in Description

Track 2 from their first and only album “Fighting Alone” released in 1979 copyright Infinity Records. It was recorded at Sea-West Studios in Seattle. The band was formed by Edward Dixon House, who moved from Victoria, British Columbia to Vancouver in 1974. He met Mike Flicker, who had moved from Seattle in 1971 to work as chief engineer for Mushroom Records. Flicker saw potential in the band and became a supporter and promoter of their vision. However, Flicker had also discovered the band Heart from Seattle in 1975 and was busy producing their albums, which made them worldwide superstars. He would go on to produce five albums for Heart and won the Canadian Juno award as “Producer of the Year” for their debut “Dreamboat Annie.” He recommended that the Dixon House Band be guided and promoted by Heart’s management company, Albatross Management of Seattle and so they signed with them. Dixon House is a major talent with a powerful, distinctive voice and great songwriting skills, so he should have been a superstar
