Fur Coats (1954)

Fur coats - men and women test out imitation fur coats in cold and wet conditions. London. C/U girl wearing underslip, she puts on an imitation fur coat. C/U of another girl in her fur coat, C/U as she puts on fur boots. C/U of the other girl putting large fur gloves on. M/S of both girls, a man wearing a duffle coat comes in. They all walk out of picture to cold storage room. Various shots as they enter the room. M/S empty chairs, the two girls go and sit down. The man places rugs over their knees. One girl picks up a magazine. M/S icicles hanging from roof. The camera pans down to man sitting reading a magazine. C/U girl’s hands, we pan up with her hands as she touches ice on side of refrigerated room. M/S blocks of ice, we pan across them to the girls reading. C/U girl sitting with fur coat on, C/U other girl, she looks up and smiles. M/S man in duffle coat, he puts the book down and looks at his watch. M/S as camera looks over man’s shoulder to the girls. He gets up and crosses over to th
