Два приятеля едут автостопом по Крыму, задавая местным главный вопрос «Крым - чей?». В фильме публикуются все мнения жителей Крыма - без исключения и цензуры. Интрига в том, чтобы в конце подсчитать голоса и сравнить итоги импровизированного опроса и официального референдума, который прошел 16 марта 2014 года. Two friends go hitchhiking in Crimea, asking local people along their way the question: ’Who does Crimea belong to?’, and asking how they voted in the referendum on the status of Crimea (held on 16th March 2014) and why. This film offers uncensored opinions of residents of Crimea. At the end of the film, they compare the results of their interviews with the results of the official referendum.
