In this video, I make a door out of split logs using hand tools. I use an axe, a folding saw and a knife for work. I work the split logs with an ax to get even boards. This work takes up most of the time. The door is assembled using wooden dowels, which are secured with wedges on both sides. Many were interested in whether water flows inside the dugout during the rains. No, it doesn’t. It’s completely dry inside. An interesting feature is that on hot days it is very cool in the dugout. But as soon as the kerosene lamp is lit in the evening, it becomes warmer inside than outside. Also in this video I make a hanging table.
