Sheikh El Hamid is a wealthy Arab who wants to enroll his Chauffer, Jock, in an English class because he cannot understand what he says, as Jock speaks in Scottish English, an English Dialect. He promised to give the school a new school hall, known as The Albert Hall. In the end, as Jock was rather disruptive to the class, Mr Brown refuses to continue teaching him.
