Horizontal Hand Spins: Hoop Dance Lesson for Kids!

Hi Kids! Miss Abby here :) Last week, we learned all about vertical hand spins, and we worked on the hula hoop handshake. In this week’s tutorial, we’ll expand on that lesson with horizontal hand spins. Some quick tips: 1) Turn as you bring the hoop up, overhead 2) Be sure to make a big circle with your arm as you start to spin 3) When the hoop is spinning overhead, there’s plenty of room to dance underneath the hoop!
