Kirby: ’Putin Has Shown No Indication That He’s Willing to Negotiate’ | VOA News

VOA’s Russian Service conducted an interview with John Kirby, director of strategic communications for the National Security Council, where he went on to say that Russian President Vladimir Putin ’has shown no indication that he’s willing to negotiate’ with Ukraine about ending the war. The Biden administration says they don’t expect “tangible deliverables“ from upcoming Ukraine peace plan talks hosted by Saudi Arabia but rather a continuing discussion on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s “peace formula“ for ending the brutal conflict.
