South Africa attracts $110 BN in new pledges

South Africa has attracted over 110 billion dollars in new pledges over the past five years, surpassing the 2018-stated targets, President Cyril Ramaphosa has reported. This despite security and energy challenges the country faces. RT’s Karabo Letlhatlha brings us more.
