I’ve always liked everything bagels. Putting two and two together, I though, what about using everything bagels as a coating for chicken strips instead of bread crumbs. I toasted my bagels, put them in the food processor, combined some spices, and the outcome was incredible. I have never had a nicer breaded chicken in my life.
