Dodging The Uluwatu Crowd - Surfing Bali, 7th February 2021

Uluwatu started working for the first time in months as the relentless Westerly winds took a break a couple of days ago. This is a bit of a special occasion during the wet season, so inevitably a big crowd descended on the world famous left. Check out the wave at 0:30 for a pretty close call as the surfer navigates through the hectic line up! It was far from perfect out there, and the wind started blowing side shore later on in the session making for bumpy and tricky conditions. Nevertheless, everyone was definitely stoked to be scoring the West coast at this time of year. This video features land and drone footage. Enjoy!
