Cross over Ippon Seoi Nage

A neat variation of Ippon Seoi Nage. Here, I am purposely baiting uke on to my right shoulder, avoiding and then pulling his arm across, trapping both his arms and attacking for an Ippon Seoi Nage. This is a powerful competitive variation, however please practice with caution. Be sure to check with your governing body to ensure it is a legal technique in your competitions!
