LIVE: Lebanese rally following death of protester at Lebanon-Israel border

Mohammed Tahan was killed by Israeli fire as protesters attempted to storm the volatile border during a rally in support of Palestinians, following Friday prayers. The current round of unrest was sparked by Israeli attempts to evict a number of Palestinian families in East Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood and has escalated into hostilities between the IDF and Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip as well as riots in Israeli cities.​
