Animal Cruelty at National High School Rodeo Finals

At the 2009 National High School Rodeo Finals in Farmington, NM, both bulls and horses were cruelly electroshocked in direct violation the National High School Rodeo Association’s own rules. Horse after horse after horse are shocked in the face and neck. You’ll note that these horses are not stalling, they are shocked as they are leaving the chute. The National High School Rodeo Association is teaching children to not only be cruel to animals, but that it is fine to break the rules and then lie about it
