Hong Kong Floods: Metro Lines Turn to Rivers

The heaviest rain since 1884 has hit Hong Kong causing flooding all over the city. Buses filled with water, and metro/subway stations around the city became flooded. Emergency services have been working through the night to rescue people. Some underground car parks have been completely submerged. The Hong Kong Observatory said the rain was caused by the remnants of tropical cyclone Haikui.
