M/S as she walks through the middle with the mayor and other officials. M/S as she poses by a fruit stall then moves off. The camera pans across water and docks, a bulldozer swings around and digs out earth. M/S as a train draws up pulling trucks full of earth, the camera pans across the conveyor belt dropping earth off the end.
