Apocalyptic orange haze over cities as 200 wildfires ravage California

WILDFIRES ravaging the West Coast have now killed seven people including a baby. Some 200 fires are now burning in California, Oregon and Washington fanned by 50mph winds, leaving an apocalyptic red haze over cities. In north-east Washington, a one-year-old boy died after his family was overrun by flames while trying to flee a wildfire, said Okanogan County Sheriff Tony Hawley. Jake and Jamie Hyland found and transported to a Seattle hospital with third-degree burns. Their baby son Uriel was found dead.
