I had other surprises in store, but due to the nature of concerts in general, I had to cut my set short and call the final shot as I saw it. Many of you were there to join me in that joyous moment, and I can’t thank you enough for it. But the reasoning goes beyond any convention— I’m genuinely grateful for the mind-blowing track record the original and its most notable remixes have received in the last eight years. If you had told me nine years ago that not only would I be making original music about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, but that one of those songs would explode across the internet, I’d probably have laughed at the idea. But now, looking back on it… I don’t think I could have it any other way. So, whether you’ve been around since the earliest days of the show or have no idea what this song has to do with a dragon-ish trickster, I hope you enjoy the newest version of Discord.
